Dr. phil. Olaf Bausemer was born in 1966 in Unna/Westfalen
Education, studies and doctorate
After graduating from high school in 1985, Dr. Bausemer studied sports science and philosophy in Bochum and Munich, where he received his degree in 1989 as a sports instructor. After completing his 3-year training in naturopathy, he graduated in 1995 with a doctorate in Philosophy.
Internships
He has worked as an intern in various practices with focus on biological and immunological therapy. Therapeutic experience: He worked thereafter a year with Prof. Dr. med. Aigner (Asklepius-Paulinen-Klinik, Wiesbaden), who is considered a proven specialist in the field of surgical oncology.
Practice of Dr. Olaf Bausemer
From 1993 to 2023 Dr. Olaf Bausemer was based in Mannheim. There he headed his complementary oncology practice, in which he provided holistic therapy in the treatment of tumor patients. In doing so, he emphasized great importance in offering patients biological oncological measures at the EBM level (evidence-based medicine) in accordance with the most recent studies available.
For all the therapeutic measures of complementary oncology that he employs, the biological scientific work has a very high priority for him. Since November 2023 Dr. Olaf Bausemer has been there for his patients in Prienamed Medical Center Prien at Chiemsee.
The Trademark Bausemer
In 2013 Dr. Bausemer patented the name “BAUSEMER”. The therapies he carries out under this brand meet the highest quality standards.
All applied methods and procedures, equipment and medicines are based on his many years of experience and expertise, which he has acquired since 1993 in the treatment of tumor patients.
Teaching assignments and cooperations
From 1998 to 2013, Dr. phil. Olaf Bausemer taught at the Institute of Sport and Sports Science of the University of Heidelberg.
2009–2017, Dr. Bausemer was the official cooperation partner of the Interdisciplinary Tumor Center Mannheim (ITM) of the University Medical Center Mannheim for complementary oncology and member of the oncological working group of the University Medical Center Mannheim.
